1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Path: Quit Nicotine ("Path", "the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Not Medical Advice

Path is a self-help tool designed to support nicotine cessation through habit tracking, progress visualization, and craving management techniques. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Nicotine addiction is a medical condition. If you are struggling with withdrawal symptoms or require clinical support, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. Do not delay seeking medical advice because of something you have read or experienced in the app.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Path. By using the app you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. License

ClearPath Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Path on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Path offers optional in-app purchases including monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions, and a lifetime access purchase.

• Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law or at Apple's discretion.
• Prices may change at any time. You will be notified of price changes before they take effect.

6. Path Pro Features

Certain features of the app require an active Path Pro subscription or lifetime purchase ("Path Pro"). Access to Path Pro features is contingent on maintaining an active entitlement. ClearPath Studio reserves the right to modify Path Pro features with reasonable notice.

7. User Content

You may upload a personal photo ("anchor photo") to the app. This content is stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud account. You retain full ownership of your content. ClearPath Studio does not access, use, or store your anchor photo on any external server.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Path is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ClearPath Studio does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearPath Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
